The Landing Restaurant

The Landing Restaurant is located at the Sundog Marina in Newport, NJ.   It is a favorite scooter ride of mine.  You take Cedarville Road in Millville, NJ and bear left on road # 629 towards Newport.  The traffic is light, especially on a Sunday morning and the segment of the route between Cedarville Road and Newport is mainly woodlands, with some lakes and marshland as you approach your destination.

Views of the Sundog Marina:

In addition to the scenic ride, the destination offers picturesque views of marshland and rivers leading into the Delaware Bay.

The restaurant is inexpensive.  If I order coffee, 2 scrambled eggs with home fries, onions, and toasted rye bread, it comes to about $5.
